Who am I and why am I reaching out?
My name is Jason Pruitt; my wife, 3 children and I have been proud residents of Champion Lake since 2017. I am reaching out to discuss an exciting development in our community and seek your valuable input.
As some of you may already know, I am the owner of Woodlands Water Restoration, a local water damage company. We have been serving the area for several years now, and we are thrilled to announce our plans for a new office building off of Budde Rd. But before we proceed, we want to make sure we have the support and opinions of our fellow neighbors.

We are currently voting on the plans for our new office, and we would greatly appreciate your input. To sweeten the deal, we have some exciting benefits to offer you as a thank you for your support.
How does $2,500.00 sound for Champion Lake per year?
Firstly, we propose an annual donation of $2,500.00 to Champion Lake. This contribution can be used to organize various community events, such as holiday celebrations, Christmas lights, sleigh rides, BBQs, and more. We believe in giving back to the community that has supported us throughout the years.
How does $1,200.00 sound for any home water damage you suffer?
Support for our new office plans will entitled you to a free $1,200 water damage allowance. In the unfortunate event that you experience water damage in your home, we will perform a dry out for your home for FREE, up to a value of $1,200. This offer will remain valid as long as our office is located on Budde Rd.
What we need your support for
We are currently working with the HOA for plans on our new office on Budde Rd. and excited to join the existing companies such as Solomon, Acorn Manner, Unlimited Care, and Brownstone on Budde Rd. We are committed to maintaining the integrity of the subdivision and would like your vote.
