Zak came out to our property and was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest in his assessment, giving my wife and me step by step instructions of everything he was doing and everything that needed to be done.

I am so grateful to Woodlands Water Restoration, for their prompt response!! They arrived exactly when they said they would!!
Bailee Bierman was my 1st contact. Very kind, and she followed up with me several times.
Ryan Domzalski checked for damage to my floor. Fortunately, he found none. He explained everything, such as the main things he looks for.
Nick’s Plumbing recommended them. Their recommendation made me very comfortable to have Woodlands Water Restoration check for any damage.
Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to contact them again.

Chris Taylor could not have been more helpful, more courteous. His attention to details, his efforts and work went above and beyond. Devin was also of great assistance and your company has excellent customer service representation in them. I highlight Chris Taylor for his patience and labor.

I highly recommend WWR for emergency home services. After reaching out, they were incredibly prompt, arriving at my home the very same day. Remarkably, everything was set up and running within just 4 hours of my initial phone call.
Devon was refreshingly upfront about the fee structure, so there were no surprises. Throughout the process, both Devon and Juan were extremely responsive via text and always showed up exactly on time for spot checks. They followed through on every single promise they made. I am very happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
